Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations will work once we start selling. It's part of our Terms & Conditions and doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Digital products
Prompt Packs, Bundles, the Prompt Vault and the Agency Starter Kit are delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout we'll ask you to agree that they can be supplied straight away, and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you start downloading or accessing them.
- Change of mind: no refund once you've started downloading or accessing the product.
- Not yet accessed: if you're a consumer and haven't started downloading or accessing it, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
- Faulty or not as described: you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund (which can be the full price), under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Paid but never received: we'll give you access or your money back.
Builder's Club memberships
- Cancel at any time from your account or by emailing tyneside.digitalstudio@gmail.com. Your membership won't renew, and access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
- We don't refund part-months, except where the law requires us to.
- If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of first joining. If you've already started using the membership, we may deduct a fair amount for the time used.
VIP Build Sessions
- Before your planning call: full refund.
- After your planning call: the price minus the value of the work already done.
- Consumers: if you ask us to start within your 14-day cancellation period, you'll pay for any work done before you cancel.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move a call.
How to ask for a refund or cancel
Email tyneside.digitalstudio@gmail.com with your name, the email address you used and what you bought. We reply within 48 hours. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 14 days of us agreeing them.
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead, access to what that payment paid for is paused until the dispute is closed. Please contact us first: we can usually sort out a problem faster than a bank can.
